S21 facebook crashing. tried everything from my side, still waiting to solve

Try to perform a factory reset after taking a complete backup of your data with samsung smart switch. If you have done that already and if the problem still persists, then I suggest you visit the Authorised service centre of Samsung in your region, or any professional you know.
