Actually, there is no solution at the moment. I think about like 6 to 12 months ago. Samsung started giving free screen replacement for S21 series devices, which were bought from a Samsung Authorised phone shop, and the device should be TRCSL approved. Other than that, there is no solution. We could wait and see whether Samsung would give screen replacements for only TRCSL registered phones, too.
How many lines do you have in your device. And is your phone TRCSL approved and bought from the Samsung Authorised phone shop in Sri Lanka.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Samsung phone. I bought a second-hand Samsung S22 Ultra from a shop in Sri Lanka about five months ago, not knowing that it was originally from Singapore. A few weeks after my purchase, I noticed a frustrating white line in the top right corner near the middle camera.
I reached out to both Samsung Sri Lanka and the shop, but Samsung informed me that their free goodwill replacement was only available for phones purchased in Sri Lanka, and that offer ended on April 31, 2024. Unfortunately, the shop owner was also unwilling to help.
When I searched my IMEI number, I discovered my phone was registered in Singapore. I then emailed them (I found their contact information through Google), and after several exchanges, they agreed to provide a goodwill repair despite my expired warranty.
The shop owner assisted me in sending my phone to Singapore, where it was handed over to the Samsung store. They only charged me for the labour, which was 11000 LKR, and replaced my screen, a service that typically costs around 130000 LKR.
