S21 XFA Android 13 Update

Can anyone from Samsung care to give all S21 users in South Africa an explanation with XFA and XFV models why we are still on October security patch and still waiting for the android 13 update? 

The S21 was sold as a flagship device with promises of monthly updates. When did this change?

It seems like Samsung after sale service in South Africa is non existent. I for one certainly will not stick with Samsung in future if the South African market continues to be neglected.

I understand your concern and frustration

There's many things that can cause delays
Like bugs and stuff
However the update is being rolled out to S21 Series in South Africa

Wouldn't those same bugs exist in the software updates received by devices in Europe in November?

Bottom line here is users in South Africa are tired of being neglected. This happens every time with update rollouts and even a simple thing like good lock.

Whatever the reason and whoever is responsible should pull finger and do their job. SA users are waking up to the non existent service from Samsung and questioning whether to stick around or jump ship to other manufacturers.
