S21 Ultra offers redemption

Picked up my S21 Ultra on 25 Jan.

But did anyone claim the pre order offers.

I am unable see "check if i am eligible" page in Samsung Shop app.

is it that i have to wait for few more days for the offer pahe to show up.

I could claim pre booking offers earlier with my S10 and S20.

Don't worry..
u too will be able to claim ur offers..
it may be some technical glitch because of overload..
you are not alone here facing such issues, many have such concerns..

just dropped in to inform that the issue got resolved on its own yesterday and I redeemed my offer . thank you once again.

Not really so,
I received Watch yesterday and Smart Tag today..Ordered on 29 Jan.
Rather, they have processed and delivered the orders very fast.

It may be due to technical glitches..
else u could claim it with ease

Firstly, why are u so late in claiming the offer, Anyhow u r lucky as your offer is still active, Better wait for few days or claim anything else.

Ya I know I am late I took the delivery late from the shop but I hope so the stock will be back soon and the offer is active till 31st March

And I just don't understand that how can they be out of stock for so many days I mean they just can't be unless they want to 

The more days it Is out of stock the more people lose their trust
