The update is available in Smart Swtich
You can download The update From PC Using Smart Switch.

It's not showing in phone check for software update option yet in India

If you update with Smart Swtich you will lose your data I think
it will reset the device

No your data will not be lost. But it is advisable to backup your data before update.

Its just a security update,they will push it anytime this month....most probably within first 15 days
