S21 Ultra keeps restarting

My Samsung S21Ultra keeps restarting... this is very frustrating...I have reset the phone to factory settings but still no use! Please help

I bought s21 after November update it keeps restarting, formated the phone, again the same problem, took it to the service center they updated the software and the phone still restarting.

My advise, do not buy Samsung again, which I will not. Sent may error reports , no reply
