How long does it take for Samsung to get back to you in regards to the free cover and spen? 

I have the phone for a week already, dont Samsung want people to protect the phone or are the service just as bad as Telkom ?

Hi,I have submitted my invoice and numbers etc. They keep sending me from pillar to post. I clearly stated that I will only take this phone if it has free accessories and I haven't even received a claim number. Only a reference number. Kindly help.
