Omg I have the exact same issue with s21 and airtel sim. It keeps getting stuck just like your photo every hour or so. Extremely frustrating. I know for sure it's not a network issue and a problem with the phone. I've tried lots of things but it keeps persisting. Only way is quick toggling of flight mode. I know for sure samsung will never investigate this. Hopefully community is Able to find a solution
