It's not possible for me since restart happens in days or weeks time interval. Basically to check whether it happens in safe mode also, I have to leave the phone in safe mode for at least 2 days
Yes as you mentioned it's hard to put our devices in safe mode for longer period. I suggest you to do the factory with the data backup. If that won't help, i think you must bring your device in to Samsung Care Center.
