S21 Ultra Overheating issues

Hi Everyone, 

I am writing this to share my experience with latest and greatest of Samsung. Its a great device, great battery life, stunning display, superb cameras and list goes on. But there's one thing which has bee bothering me way too much is the overhearing issues while using camera. This device gets heated up that I have to put down, let it cool and then after 20 mins if i have given it enough time to cool down, can only use it. Had to switch off on couple of occasions. Device is running on latest patch i.e. AUC8. Its such a shame to have such issues on a device well over a lakh INR. Any Solutions to this problem? This is getting our of hand...

Similar issues of overheating persits for me too. While using camera anf video. Pls suggest a solution

Hello everyone,

I have had my phone for a few hours now and I can already notice the overheating issue when using the camera. It is a pretty annoying glitch for such an expensive phone!

Samsung, is there a path for resolution on this?

hi ,

s21 ultra most advanced and equipped devise by Samsung, but i really shocked when my mobile overheated when i use camera for pics / making video or watching videos or even using mobile for voice call .

several time i visit to customer care center but sill i faced the same issue.

it was a very bad experience to buy s21ultra 

i never advise anyone to buy a very expansive mobile from Samsung. its better to buy from other company.

can u please return this mobile and refund my amount . 

i live in UAE , and i bought it in 4500 AED .

Awaiting for positive reply from Samsung .

Dear Samsung team after paying near 1 lakh, if there is a heating issue at your s21 ultra mobile then there is a problem. please help fix this with update

I too have the issues with the Camera. Firstly, the camera is Blur (Poor performance compared to previous phones). Secondly, the phone gets heated up while using camera and disables the usage. 

Request, Samsung to provide solution on Camera performance and heating issues. Otherwise, this phone is not worth compared to the Purchased price.

I have the same problem, but not only when I'm using the camera, but I would also use my phone normally for like half an hour and my hands would be burning, and it always heats up in the upper corner of my phone. Today I picked up from a Samsung official servis and all I got was a sentence everything seems to run fine maybe there was an app, they only returned it to his setting and restarted him and not even 1 hour later he was boiling hot, it has gotten up to 50 degrees celsius, I'm currently selling my s21 in hopes of getting a better phone because this is just shameful for Samsung and I have been a long time user of them and it's just disappointing and sad to finish like this, all I got from Samsung is rude replies of their workers that don't believe me and nothing else

Same issues... tried everything. Due to the heating battery back up also gone down.

5000mah battery gives jus 3.5 hours screen on time

I'm an avid tictoker and I do most of my lives from this device the S21 Samsung I recently had 4 occasions where my phone as overheated but today my live or my live ended because of overheating I've ordered a fan for my phone witch I'm going  to give it a go when it arrives  today but its  dose overheats at the moment more so recently  due to the hot weather in the UK for but great  device I am a little bit disappointed with it being too hot  when live of something  charging up seems to have  become  a newer issue  I've only  had this for 4 months

I had the same problem and they gave me my money back. I had the phone for 4 months, but you need to be patient and insist. There is no solution to the problem is a processor defect.
