S21 Ultra Heat issue

My S21 Ultra getting heat while using camera in outdoor like open to sun...

Can't use camera mobile got heat and camera shutdown...

Give some solution...

Hi, that's normal if the outside temperature is very high. Try it after removing your phone case and closing all background apps. Anyway,
》Check your software is up-to-date.(Settings>Software update>Download and install. )
》Reset Camera.(Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data.
》Wipe cache partition.

Dear Mahe, It's a known issue with S21 Ultra device, especially the exynos version. There is no fix for this issue yet except avoid exposing your phone to hot temperature situations. "Hopefully" Samsung can fix this with a software update. Cheers!
