S21 Ultra Green Line after Software Update

I got the OTA update and once done after 2 days i got 1 green vertical line and next day another one. When i checked with samsung service center bambalapitty they said it is not a common issue for S21 and refused my request. Mobile has no physical damage or falls. Very disappointed @samsung Lk

Yes i did. But the agent said only they can replace the screen if the indian samsung approve S21 series.

When did you checked at bambalapittya center. I check jaffna service center in june. They said its a common issues they will replace the display even warranty period ends but after july ends but my device backglass shattered. Thereby im not eligible for the free replacement.
