After new security patch update on October 1st some of the apps not working properly especially contacts app - can't able to add comtact nor sync with accounts..
Tried few things to recover..Like safe mode, Removing catche ,Rebooting Etc..
Any suggestions anyone has ???

Try wiping cache partition by booting device into recovery mode and check. It should solve your problem.

After October update, my S21Ultra does not have any problem yet. Seems it to be device specific issue.
