I have an exynos s21 ultra and its my third week with this phone. I can never get above 6 hours SOT, today I got 3.5 hours SOT with 24% remaining. Apps claim that my battery is using 1000 to 1200mah a second which is extremely high. I use 4g and I do use around 10% brightness all the time. I never go above 20% brightness. I use whatsapp, youtube, and samsung browser. What I have noticed is the battery drain is around 3.5% an hour which is mind boggling. Please someone just help me what do I do?
But there is no special protector in box its just a plastic on the screen. Is that are u referring to ? And pls do me a favor can u click a snapshot like my last update and post i will ask samsung helpline tomorrow.
I have S21 ultra SD888 chip My SOT 6/7 hour's im from tharparker outdoors temperature around 40c but my phone stil working good no heat issue using camera outside in 100% brightness but my mobile temperature is normal I shifted from ip 12 pro max And im happy to be a part of the samsung family Satisfied 😌
