are you able to share videos normally with others via WhatsApp?I am filming great videos but not able to share them via what's app..the receiver gets wired scrambled screen with green and pink!

Whatsapp quality decreases if you share the videos via the gallery directly.
So on WhatsApp click the 📎 icon and select document and then share the pictures/videos. This sends the file as the original file and downgraded file size.

I followed your suggestions ....still the same issue. however the selfie videos go without problems. it seems the issue is with the rear camera...and transmission...I am able to capture good videos and saved into my gallery but when I wish to send that video it reached the reciver as scrambled video with green and pink. as attached

Is it only on WhatsApp you are having this issue or via other apps like insta messaging as well? Try sending the filevia quickshare using Samsung cloud link or cloud based like one drive/Google drive etc.

Are you recording in 4k? Cause I don't record too much is 4k and above. But try clearing the app cache or update the app. I'm not sure of that issue 🙈
