I updated my s21 ultra few minutes ago and my screen color has turned into warm tone. So i tried all the possible ways to change the settings but still the colour tone remains the same. But when i switch on my phone or restart it, I see that the colour is normal for few seconds, but again turns back to warm/yellow tone automatically. I tried all different options available in display settings and none worked.

Wen i called customer care they suggested to wait for couple of days for new update that will fix the issue. On asking abt downgrading the software to android 11, he suggested that can only be done at service center.

So I have a request to fix the issue ASAP its not fun anymore looking at QHD+ screen with yellow tone😐 and also a suggestion to add a feature to rollback software to previous version incase such issues are encountered or user is not satiesfied with the experience😬.

Thank You
MJay

S21 and can also confirm this.

Even with "Eye comfort shield" disabled completely there is still an orange tint.

My guess is that they forgot to disable the native Android "Night Light" feature as this issue seems to trigger at sunset and goes away at sunrise.

SUPER obnoxious as I use my phone to look over photos transferred from my camera while on site.

S21. Same issue. Just few hours after update to Android 12 (may be till sunset) and screen became yellow. No color correction features are working. Just yellow color, "eye comfort" make screen completely brown.

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

Thank you for sharing your concern. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Adjust color settings manually
Hmm, something doesn't look quite right. Maybe the color balance is off. We can help you adjust the color settings.

From Settings, tap Display, and then tap Screen mode. Tap Vivid or Natural.

Next, adjust the slider to make the display look cooler or warmer. Tap Advanced settings to manually adjust the screen's color. Please be aware you can only adjust the White balance and Advanced settings while in Vivid mode.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Thank you for writing to Samsung.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

I have the same issue with s21 as well. And, it's not a phone issue. I can see the right colour tones when the phone is booting.
