S21 Ultra 5G charging issue

Galaxy S21 ultra 5G gets auto disconnect after charger plug in within 5-10 mins. Then after 2-3 mins automatically reconnect it self. I have changed cable, charging top and my brother's 25w charger also. But, having same issue. Please help me solve this problem. Any suggestions?

Might because adaptive charging system to keep optimal percentage. Some flagships have such kind of systems
