One month ago I bought S21 ULTRA from dubai in 5300 AED with other accessories.
Recently I realise that phone getting over heat during video recording and warning msg appeared and camera get automaticallyshut off. I went to service centre, they said this is software issue. They updated the software and said now it won't be heat.

But now again when I shoot video it get hot. Now I'm not getting warning msg after updating software but still phone get hot when we shoot video upto 4 minutes or more.

We understand that your phone is overheating. And we apologize for the inconvenience.

Kindly find the below reasons lead your phone warms up in order to avoid if you are doing any of them:

• While using the device in an environment, where the ambient temperature is higher, you may feel that the device is getting hotter than usual.
• Intensive camera use
• Using apps that require more power or using apps for extended periods
• While multitasking or when running many apps in the background
• Mobile use while charging
• Blocked ventilation
• Poor signal strength
• Charging the battery with a damaged USB cable
• Charging port is damaged or exposed to foreign materials, such as liquid, dust, metal powder, and pencil lead

Below are ways to cool your phone and keep it efficient:

• Keep the device updated with the latest software.
• Remove the phone’s case
• Move it apart from direct sunlight
• Reduce the display brightness
• Deactivate the Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth features when not using them
• Close apps that increase battery consumption or that run in the background when not in use
• Delete unnecessary files or unused apps
• Stop using the phone while charging
• For a device with a removable battery, the battery can be stored separately in locations with an ambient temperature of 0 °C to 45 °C.

thank you...
see my reply below;

I used mobile in my office, the temperature of office is not going beyond 25 degrees Celsius,
intensive camera use: I use camera some time only that is why I came to know overheating issue now after one month of buying this phone,
mobile using while charging: I used other device also like moto g, I phone that phone can be use while changing but this will be the reason of overheating after spending this much money on this device very disappointing,
blocking ventilation: I used camera without cover,
poor signal strength: where I'm satying in dubai and where I normally use camera have full signal strength,
charging the battery with a damaged USB cable: I bought this mobile last month and charger also with same shop so I don't think this is the issue,
charging port damage etc.: I just bought this expensive mobile last month,
software updated: I am checked the software its upto date,
Remove the phone case: I'm not using phone case,
Move it apart from direct sunlight: I'm using camera in malls or where there is shed, and during purchasing this mobile sales person didn't say that you should not use mobile or move apart from direct sunlight,
Reduce display brightness: I put adaptive brightness,
Deactivate WiFi GPS Bluetooth: unfortunately I bought Samsung watch 3 also so I have to use GPS and Bluetooth,
close apps that increase battery consumption: I'm always clear out all background operating apps,
Delete unnecessary apps or files: All apps and files that I have is important and required,
Stop using phone while charging: After buying this much expensive mobile i should not use during charging ..really ,

my suggestion: please circulate these conditions with mobile and to your authorised distributors...so that they can share with customer...
really funny...this is not my first phone...i didn't realise that I will get this long condition list after spending this much money ...

if samsung really give value to customers then they have to recall all these phones which having overheating issue or return the money ...this much expensive device we are buying and this is the situation...that's why people are buying iPhone...at least they recall or fix the issue if they receive complaints
