S21 ULTRA ANDROID 12 UPDATE

My S21 Ultra received an Android 12 update today and installed it with excitement, only to feel disappointed later. I use Dual Messenger for WhatsApp - the primary one works just fine, but the secondary one, is unable to send media. I have checked all permissions, they are all enabled. The media, however, is visible when I am trying to send something from the app.

The exact error message: "Sorry, this media file doesn't exist on your internal storage."

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

So the back up is not available. Did u do back up in google drive?

Everything is stressful with this new system, even the battery loses power and now it only charges up to 85%.

Not before update but hage backup on one drive.
I can't able to send media file saying doesn't exist on Internal storage pl help.

This is an issue. Even the backup was not working on second whatsapp. From next time i would recommend everybody to take a backup of whatsapp before an update is to be done. It is highly recommended.

It had happen with me too. Dual whatsapp's back up was not happening. I went with the ladt available and reinstalled the app and it is working fine then. I can send media, etc.
