I'm having the worst experience with my s21 Ultra pre-order to get the Buds Pro and the Smart Tag.
Each time I send out an email my proof of purchase is declined and I immediately send another one just to wait a whole week for a reply. I'm waiting for another response from Samsung and I hope I get it this time. If Samsung tells me that I can't get the buds because of it being after the 4th of Feb Im gonna be pissed af. I sent my first email on the 28th of Jan.

The funniest things happened, I received by buds and smart tag today 😁 try calling the number on this forum, customer service. I called them and they were quite helpful.

google samsung complaints, and send a mail via complaints, at least I got like 4 calls from samsung, assuring me it will come in this week
