S21 Pre Booking Offer Redemption Date

I just got work from the customer care in writing, over email, that the redemption of the pre booking offers on the Galaxy S21 series begins from 30th January onwards. 

Anyone who has been facing issues with this, I'd recommend holding on until the 30th.
