After Downloading The Android 13 The rotation screen in not in right way 

it reverse the screen when rotation

right to left ehen i change the direction of the phone it reverse again 

any help ???

No issues with my S21Ultra after One UI 5.0 update.

Try wiping cache partition by booting device into recovery mode and check. It should solve your problem.
