Facing issues with ms teams while making phone calls.during one to one conversation a third party incoming call makes my voice mute.

Neither remote assistance nor service center could able to solve my problem , I just have a lot of false hopes fr either places. Thanks Samsung and today I regret I shouldn't haven left iPhone.

Did you set any exceptions for DND? Could you please share a screenshot from Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb > Calls, messages and conversations.

I haven't, because any incoming call makes my voice mute to the ongoing caller

How does the exception makes the incoming caller to receive engaged tone.

I don't understand how it detects the incoming call during do not disturb.
