Something wrong with screen lock, when I enter the password or use the finger print and when the phone open slowness will be there for few seconds its like the screen is freezing or shaking 

I thought its because of the optical finger print, but i tried the pin lock or pattern lock and still the same issue. 

Please solve it ASAP!

Is it while unlocking only or it happens while you drag down the notification panel too?

It happens when unlocking and starts drag down the notification panel or scroll up/down and right/left or when I use the phone in general but if I will wait for few seconds without using the phone, it will work fine with no issue.

By any chance have you enabled the "devloper Options".

I thought it might be windows animation scale that is present in developers option but i think there is another issue going on.

This issue happens because of the always on display, when I switched off, the phone starts to work fine!
