Galaxy SI completely agree with your frustration, and it's disappointing to hear about the lack of proper support from Samsung on such a widespread issue. It’s clear that the green line problem is a result of a software fault, not physical damage. Denying free replacements for a known defect, especially when other companies are offering solutions, is unacceptable.
Samsung needs to take responsibility for the faulty update that’s causing this. Customers shouldn't have to suffer from such significant issues so early in the device's life cycle, especially when we invest heavily in their ecosystem. I hope Samsung addresses this issue soon and offers proper support for affected users. Thank you for bringing this to light!"
