S21 Android 13 software update

Why is there no android 13 update for the s21 series in South Africa?? I've seen the S21 FE and the entire S20 series get the update so what is the delay for the S21 series? Forget that, even the midrange phones like the A73 and A53 got the update and I'm still stuck on 1 October for the security patch level on my "FLAGSHIP" S21. WHY? What is the problem???

The update is rolling out for the s21 series and the s20 series hasn't been fully covered yet. Calm down.

The S21+ has received it but not the base S21 or S21 Ultra. This update roll out is **bleep** up

How do we get the Samsung guys to give us proper feedback in regards to this update? The rest of the world is enjoying the update while we try guess when will receive it?

I got the new update 2 days ago!!!! I don't understand why the S21 and Ultra has not received it!!
