Sometimes the carries delay the update, is your phone carrier locked?

Another thing sometimes the update doesn't just appear on your phone, you have to go software update click there and see if there's no update available or not.

I check every single day.. sometimes twice a day🙈😅

Is your model snapdragon variant or Exynos?

Ahha that's the reason there's a delay. Snapdragon variants in India received ONE UI 5 mid December, normally when India receives an update SA follows up a week after. Hopefully the exynos variants will receive the update soon.
