Drastic battery drainage issue after 6% just like a countdown (5,4,3,2,1). Battery reaching 0% in seconds. Only old phones have such a nature. I didn't expect this from a high end device from SAMSUNG. #S20 #S20FE #S20FE5G

I already visited an authorised service centre & they do some software refresh. But still no change. I'm going again tomorrow
