Galaxy SYou need to check the phone in Safe Mode , some 3ed party apps can cause multiple issues to your phone.
- Long press and hold the Power button until you can see the Red 🔴 "Power Off" button on the screen.
- Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release.
- To confirm, tap Safe mode.
- The process may take up to 30 seconds to complete.
- Upon reboot, 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock / Home screen.
- With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off then test device and app functionality.
- Delete the suspicious 3ed party applications.
- Restart the device.
