Hey i had recently bought a S20FE. The major issue i am facing is overheating.
Video Calling apps simply force closes right after 15-20 mins of use.
I had obseved like the phone simply overheats in the regular day to day usage. I also had used various apps to measure the temp, it stands between 42-46°C (normal usage).
Also while making a Video Call the phone overheats insanely and force closes the app.
I already had followed the optimisation process samsung had mentioned me earlier, also got the device resetted and Updated, but after 2-3 days the issue started again. I also had put all my apps in sleep and deep sleep, but still no go. I have also observed from the battery and Accu Battery pro app to check wether some app is doing the same but none.
Kindly help me out. Since i bought this device on the 1st March, and it already have the major issues. And apps like Duo, Meet, Webex just force closes within 15-20 mins. Its not helping me at all.
