S20FE 5g battery backup

can any one please guide me in day to day usage means FB whatsapp Insta etc and Youtube d S20FE 5g variant giving satisfying battery back up ?? i m using S20FE 4g variant i want to buy 5g version and I m using my phone with 4g data continuously ON ,my 4g version not sustaining for whole day 

and does 5g version has same heating issues like 4g ?? 

any other issue as in 4g like slow charging , touch issue are there in 5g ??
