S20FE 4G compass issues

Are any S20FE 4G users facing calibration issues with compass ? Unlike other phones it isn't easy to configure. I tried calibration using side panels as well as using Google maps. Max I get is medium accuracy and it's never good even with gps and wifi on. Any suggestions would help.
