Just wanted to say what an awesome job Samsung is doing...
I recently purchased the Samsung galaxy s20 and it was worth every cent...
My elder brother purchased the Note 20 and he seems pleased with his choice...
Samsung never seems to disappoint and I'm glad to be a loyal customer...

so its across the board.... companies taking people for granted and making us all waste time to baby them ... for a result they should deliver easily.
I have reported Samsung to the audit Africa team
I will look at other bodies also
let us use our experience to obliterate incompent workers and expose companies. they make money from us, we help pay the unhelpful staff salaries by purchasing products so the least they can do is appreciate their jobs and do it well.
heads must roll people... gone are the days when its OK to lie, be unproductive and hide behind dishonesty by being non specific ... everything comes to light ... shine the light on corruption everywhere .. we must all work together for a better country , society and world. it starts here. do u let it go? or not? right there is change or not.
