S20 ultra heat control

My S20 ultra 5G (exynos990) keeps heating up for the top side of the screen.. i dont do gameing. Just watch youtube on low brightness, email, maybe a little shopping..so clearly no heavy useage..i dont even have a 5G connection. Something seriouly needs to be done about the heat control and it needs to be done fast.

This is the update i get from samsung support.. shamefull. If android 12 update does not fix this issue then this will be my last samsung purchase.

Just opening the camera app (not recording video or takeing photo) is heating up the phone to +40° degrees from 29° and the local support was of no use too. Very very dissapointed with samsung.
