S20 ultra heat control

My S20 ultra 5G (exynos990) keeps heating up for the top side of the screen.. i dont do gameing. Just watch youtube on low brightness, email, maybe a little shopping..so clearly no heavy useage..i dont even have a 5G connection. Something seriouly needs to be done about the heat control and it needs to be done fast.

u cn restart your phone or power it off for a while

I have done that multiple times. But there has to be a permanent solution from Samsung.

Or mabe it heats up depending on how long u use ur device??

This is what im talking about.... heavy use will increase temp...this is understandable on any platform...not just phones...but long but light use should not heat up the phone to such a concerning temperature... if it does..then it just means the heat management protocols of the phone are not efficiently managing heat.

Me 2 heating issue when i use for video call whatsapp and instagram within 15 or 20 min heating up and fast battery drain after septamber patch updates. even when not in use phone after full charged (standby) draining up to 10% to 15% .(in 3to4 hrs) I hope october patch will be fix or android 12 will be soon after solve this problem's, 🤞 🤞 😔 😔 👀 👀Iam waiting, 👀👀👀👀

Thank you for reminding me about battery drain.. i mean whats is the point of haveing 120hz or WQHD+ only to disable it for battery saveing.. you pay so much for such a device.. u should be able to use it with out issues.

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out my a technician and help resolve the issue.

Exynos 990 is trash if you can get a good trade in or good offers get the s21 ultra it has a much better processor and performance than the s and the note 20 series. That's just my opinion though, but it's totally up to you
