This is my 4th Samsung S phone. I've always taken pride in my Samsung products, unfortunately the s10e and my now third, s20+ have problems with moisture in the charging port. Amongst other short comings. Samsung customer service will take your $1300 phone, "repair" it and charge you for the repairs. The screen after one tiny crack in the bottom corner, is inoperable. Where I've had other Samsung products with glass shattered, in working order. This is a sad excuse for a new product. For the first time in my life, I might just have to switch to Apple.
