S20 series slow charging

Has anyone noticed lately that S20+ is charging slower with 25w charger? I doubt before May update it took around 1:15hrs to fully charge.

Today I tested, started at 12% and it took 1:43hrs to fully charge.

P.S.: Using genuine charger and cable, and phone shows 'Super Fast Charging'.

it's the heat issue, samsung has put something new with batteries or software which stops the charging as the device heats up a bit... facing the same on s20

yes you're right it's due to heat. I tried to keep the phone cool then tried charging and charging speeds was much faster. I placed phone on ice pack then charging really speed up. if you want to test keep phone on ice pack, make sure not to wet it.

recently I've been charging the device with intervals.... I even tried placing the phone in fridge for a few mins and then it started fast charging...

get a cool pad from pharmacy and keep on it during charging 😁
