What are the drawbacks of replacing phone screen from repair shop?

I am not concerned about quality of ip68 ratings.

Only thing i want to know is, does samsung lock hardware parts using software? There should not be any failures after after marked replacement. Anyone has done this??? 

P.S. givign phone in exchange, so only care about passing cashify checks.

No, it is too costly, i want to exchange it with new s22.

Is the screen replacement even worth the improvement of cashify estimate?
To answer, I don't think there's any software check or lock like iPhone.

I can get scrren replaced in 5-7 k, and exchange value is 35k. And phone will remain unused anyways in case i decide to keep
