hello, I've been experiencing a lag on screen after unlocking the device either with biometrics or disabling biometrics...It takes a couple of seconds for the screen to respond after unlocking and getting to the homescreen..I have tried various methods to troubleshoot (reset settings, clear cache, uninstalling all third party apps and finally factory reset) with no result...Is it related to the latest update? I've been using the device since 7 march and encountered this since last week...anyone else with similar issues? kindly help.

mine is lagging since day one. Thanks to Samsung and this Exynos cheap_set.

Kindly follow the steps as below to report an error on the feedback section.

 

 Log in Samsung Members app > Click “+ button” at the bottom right > Click “Send feedback” > Click “Error reports” > Add detail of symptom and attach the system log data (click checkbox)

 

*When you abstract the log file. Please check off the pop-up message: log file delivered
