Seems like you guys have looted the S20 series Exynos variant owners. The device is extremely horrendous when it comes to performance while playing any sort of games and also burns while using even the camera app, which leads to high frame drops and sluggish behaviour. There is no stable software update as of now which would make things a little acceptable. And on top of that, your support people's useless replies of recommending us to not even use the device much for any such purposes and not acknowledging that it's a very generic issue and mostly everyone facing the same, shows that you people don't care about anyone's feedback and hard earned money once your product is sold, is pure **bleep** on the top. Had been a Samsung S series owner of S3, S8 plus, s10 plus and s20 plus now makes me feel really bad about owning s20 plus this time because of the above mentioned experience. Please listen and provide any constructive solution or take this heater back.
