S20 plus Charging Issue

After updating from UI 3.0 to UI 3.1, Charging speed from 5-100% taking more time.. around 2hrs.. And I checked with another charger (25W Samsung charger only), it's also taking same time to charge.. is it battery issue or software issue?

Your software issue ig. Takes 1 hr 10 mins from 0 to 100 for me . Show it in service center

I think charger unit or charging cable issue, today charge my Samsungs20plus 20% to 100% takes 60 minutes (1hour)

The charge speed depends on vqrious factors. If you are using then it charges slower. If the temperature of device is hot like above 40 degrees Celsius then it charges slower.
