S20 fe gets overheated and battery drain

Hello Members,

I have used the S20FE from last 2 months.

I have faced lot of heating issues while we used whatapp video call,it can drop with 20 min and gets notifications mobile has heated.

Second problem is that I have used the mobile on 60hz then after also battery drain increase.

Third problem if mobile gets heated then charging time increases.

Does any solution on above problem.

Could you have any idea then share me.

I have visited samsung care they told me mobile ok after checking all parameters.

Does their same issue in 5g model ?

I have the same issues and i have tried everything and have kept my device with local service center for a week but no solution, last thing they told me is that they can try to change the motherboard and see if that resolves the problem but i know its not just me we all are suffering from this issue. Only a software based optimization can help us.
