I am unable to hard reset my s20 fe 5g, I tried all methods,so please help me

It's showing samsung logo

Switch off the phone > connect the type c adopter>hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously>not select factory reset option using volume button>select power button to do factory reset.

I have tried by holding power button and volume up but unable to enter boot menu

Have you connect type c adopter?

Without type c connector it will not function.

Yes type c connector or I have to connect to type c connector and charger on

Cable will not done the work. You have to connect type c connector. It's better to connect original one

Of course I am using original cable ,but tell me one the should I have to power it on or simply cable I have to insert it on phone
