I have bought s20 fe 5g 6 days ago. Phone feels hot in hands. I am measuring temperatures on cpu-z. On normals usage like using instagram or youtube, temperatures are (ac 35° C to 40° C) and (battery 33° C to 39° C).
While charing one day (ac 50° C), so it heats up while calling. But no issue while surfing internet and using samsung apps.
Also my screen on time varies about 6 hrs on 120 hz on a full charge.
Are these things normal or just happening with my Set only ? 🤔
Otherwise phone is smooth and no issues like thermal throttling or so.

Hm🤔 I heard of heating issues in exynos variant but snapdragon too is having this issue.
Seems like whole s20 series if faulty

Might be !
But i have now set refresh rate to 60 hz and now i am feeling difference in temperatures. Now its not going above 39-40° C.
But other thing is that even the phone is heating but then also I am not facing any issue like thermal throttling or lagging. The phone is very smooth.
Thing i am concerned about is longevity as I dont want any permanent damage to phone hardware due to temperatures because i want to use this phone for atleast 3 years.
As I purchased J7 pro in 2017 and after 4 years also it is working without any major issue. Yes some lag is there in phone due to exynox processor ageing.

If phone is providing feature of 120hz and you already paid a hefty amount then you should be able to use it.
Samsung should work on it.

Yes! You are right. I will definately use 120 hz. But I am just checking it now that how battery and heating goes with 60 Hz
