To the people who are not able to claim there galaxy Buds from the Samsung shop app there is a glitch as to the number that gets regsitered is the number which is inserted in the second sim. If this is an issue you are facing you need two sim cards in sim 1 put any working sim card and in slot 2 put the sim card with the mobile number used while pre booking the handset and then wait for an hour and two and then try again!

well when i enter sim 1 imei i get sms on sim 1 only. so i belive this is not the case for me right?

so you will suggest i should put it in sim 2 even when i am getting sms properly on sim 1?

if you wish to redeem the offer just put a sim in 1st slot and the registered number in slot 2 that's how it works
