I am unable to use VI's VoLTE. I have turned it on in the settings, still not able to use. I called VI customer care, they said that my phone model is not supported for VoLTE. Earlier I was able to use VI Volte on my another handset which was Galaxy A50s. Please tell me what is the solution for this issue.
S20 series supports VoLte on Jio and Airtel. The thing is they have to update their Modal List of supported handsets so the only thing you can do is contact them.
