Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra user faces major QA issues:

Broken autofocus,
Exynos 990 overheating, and
Terrible battery life

Samsung is reportedly working on a 5nm followup to the Exynos 990, the Exynos 1000(name not confirmed). Considering the heating and performance issues, we can only hope that Samsung leverages the efficiency gains from the new process to deliver an SoC that performs like a flagship chipset should.

That rumored Exynoss 1000 would be better.
Consider these too along with 5nm.
Instead of custom core it uses standard ARM cortex a78.
And may use AMD gpu

Currently they are using two 5th gen custom core based on ARMv8 which was released in 2011 as primary.
Exynoss 1000 is rumored to use Standard ARM cortex a78 as primary.

sd 865 uses cortex a77 cores which are more faster and power efficient.... i know Exynos is one of the best but not the best processor Available in the market.... what your are saying is just stating future Exynos processors which might get those... fine
but
right now the Exynos 990 is having the problems which are mentioned above....
