SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET FIRED FOR THIS, HOW CAN YOU TREAT YOUR S20 CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS SAMSUNG SOUTH AFRICA 🇿🇦 

NO WONDER PEOPLE PREFER APPLE EVEN THOUGH EXPENSIVE BUT THE SOFTWARE IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY EVERYWHERE

SAMSUNG USED TO BE MY FAVORITE BRAND, I HAVE A WASHING MACHINE, PHONE AND SMART TV, THAT'S HOW LOYAL I HAVE BEEN. YOUR AFTER SERVICE **bleep**.

South Africa has a population of 60 million. According to recent market statistics, Samsung has held onto a 45% market share since 2019 which by all accounts is fairly good. A big portion of that 45%, would be S20 users, I think it is safe to say. Why would Samsung mess with something that works? I'm not sure where the accountability rests with this update sequence order botch up, but someone high up should be in the departure lounge soon.

I support you on that, how on earth can you mess up like this, if Taiwan finds out, heads are going to roll. Imagine the disappointment of all of us, no official statement to apologize for the delay. You wonder if Senior Management is even aware of this **bleep** up

Just another generic answer like always!! There's nothing on smart switch as well! Someone has to take responsibility for this. You guys are embarrassing yourselfs!! This update is almost 2 months overdue for flagships devices and you're just silent on the matter. Don't care about your customers at all

I don't have a laptop or pc, your company needs to OTA this urgently😡is there a reason why the OTA release has taken almost 2 months for a company like Samsung South Africa 🇿🇦, are you waiting for someone to sign off whose probably on leave🤣🤫

Tsogo, I understand that you're not the responsible person for this fiasco, but as a Moderator on this platform, please can you post how the update process works, step by step so that us customers can try to understand what's happening. Post it under that little alarm bell icon where the roll out schedule is posted. Help us out here , please.
