Galaxy SI am using S20 plus since 30/11/2020 before then I had iphone. when I started this phone it was warm already, immediately I called customer care and as per their instruction I reset all settings and update latest software. for few days it was running ok. but recently same problem occur and battery life is also decrease. Again I update to its latest version but this time I still have same heating issue. Specially when I record video for more than 30 seconds and phone gets stop and asked me to let it cool.
I regret that I switched from Iphone to Samsung.
