Hi, I bought S20 plus few days back, the issue is I am not getting any incoming calls from anyone.. but I can make calls, receiving sms, can use mobile data etc. How can I sort out this issue, if any one knows please advice
I tried to call from another number to my S20 plus, then I came to know that calls are not connecting even the mobile was switched on. I can hear that " the person is not available " or "mobile switched off "
I think this is an issue to be reported to your service provider. I have seen some S20 users posting similar complaints. Any way switching to 3g may solve your issue temporarily. Goto settings>connections>mobile networks>Network mode. Select 3g only. Thank you.
